Mobile eCommerce Squad – Optus Website

Focusing on online sales and customer experience, my main responsibilities included owning all assets across the entire mobile eCommerce journey. Including, but not limited to, all device launches (iPhone, Samsung etc.) and all major seasonal campaigns (EOFY, Black Friday and Christmas). We work in a rapid environment, often to extremely tight deadlines.

  • Led the design for the Apple iPhone launch, A massive event for those in telco, I led a team of 9+ designers to rapidly execute the eCommerce strategy across the Optus website.

  • Optus was the first telco to publish an announcement page to market - largely due to efficiencies I created with simplified design templates.

  • Apple iPhone 14 tNPS score is higher than baseline, and gross sales are up compared to last year's iPhone 13.

  • Introduced CSS animation to EOFY, Black Friday and Christmas campaigns. All executions passed AA accessibility.
