Responsibility:
Design lead for new handset launches, creating the design concept for marketing campaigns and delivering webpages.
Maintain and optimise the product listing, product detail and micro pages.
Collaboration: Marketing, SEO, Sales Executive, Producer and Tester
Platform and tools: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
Overview:
Focusing on driving online sales and enhancing customer experience, my main responsibilities included owning all design assets across the entire mobile eCommerce journey. Projects included, but not limited to, all device launches (iPhone 14, Samsung S23, Google Pixel 7 etc.) and all major seasonal campaigns (EOFY, Black Friday and Christmas). Achieved in a rapid environment, often to extremely tight deadlines.
Apple iPhone 14 launch, I led a team of 9+ designers to rapidly execute the eCommerce strategy across the website.
Efficiencies I created in simplifying Figma design templates was key factor in the company being the first telco to publish the Apple iPhone 14 announcement page to market
Apple iPhone 14 tNPS score was higher than baseline, and gross sales increased compared to last year's iPhone 13.
I have collaborated with front-end developers to introduce CSS animations to EOFY, Black Friday and Christmas campaigns. All executions passed AA accessibility.
